Bird Tank 2025 #6: The competition of six breakthrough AI and Automation initiatives

Bird Tank 2025 #6 has officially concluded, showcasing six outstanding initiatives from FWA, FHN, FKR, FJP, and STU. The program continues to affirm its role as a launchpad for breakthrough solutions in AI and automation, moving FSOFT closer to its goal as an AI-First Company.

In terms of results, the FKR – EZFinance team claimed the Gold award. Two teams, FJP – FJP 20 Project and STU – AI Portal, were jointly awarded Silver. The Bronze award went to both FWA – HiAI Assistant and FJP – FJP Oneview. The FHN – Buddy SM team received the Consolation prize.

The judging panel for this round included: FSOFT CDTO Dao Duy Cuong; FSOFT Creative Director Dinh Tien Dung; Head of CPD Nguyen Tu Huyen; Head of IDO Duong Kieu Oanh; Head of STU Tran Nguyen Dang Khoa; Deputy Head of IT Nguyen Quang Dung; and Head of COOF Incubator Dao Ngoc Tu.

A representative of the FKR team shared: “This victory is a well-deserved recognition of our group’s efforts in innovation and creativity, bringing real value to the organization.” EZFinance not only improves operational efficiency across departments but also opens up the potential for comprehensive automation, leveraging AI for advanced data analysis and enhancing internal user experience in the near future.

Regarding the Oneview platform, a representative from FJP said this is a system that transforms all processes for managing human resources, business opportunities, and projects from scattered tools into a centralized website. Oneview allows managers to track the status, skills, progress, and risks of each employee and project transparently, intuitively, and in real time. Automating the entire operational process has reduced processing time by 70%, saving about 2,500 working hours per month for more than 100 key managers and staff at FNS, while also enhancing security and accuracy in management.
