FSOFT workforce ready to break through in the AI era

Amid global economic uncertainties, the Workforce unit has been entrusted with a pioneering mission: to build internal capabilities and strengthen readiness, enabling FSOFT to confidently pursue the ambitious 5 GIGAs goal. On the occasion of Workforce Day 2025, CHRO Vu Tien Dat delivered an inspiring message, encouraging the entire team to embrace unity, creativity, and the courage to tackle challenges.

The year 2025 unfolds against a backdrop of multiple challenges: economic crises, wars, and geopolitical volatility. In this context, guidance from FSOFT leadership has served as a compass for the entire organization. CEO Pham Minh Tuan emphasized, “Clients expect more from FPT Software – more value, more efficiency, more innovation”. Echoing this sentiment, Chairwoman Chu Thi Thanh Ha at Management Escape 2025 affirmed, “In the AI era, we must overcome challenges and seize bright opportunities to stay steadfast in achieving the $5 billion target by 2030.”.

To realize these ambitious goals, FSOFT has been rolling out a series of key strategies, including expanding Consulting services, scaling up CoE/CoG capabilities, developing Tier 2 cities, accelerating AI go-to-market initiatives, and strengthening partnerships with leading global tech corporations. Within this landscape, the Workforce unit plays a central role: ensuring every FSOFTer is ready to meet increasingly high expectations from the market, clients, and the organization itself.

These efforts have already shown tangible results in the first three quarters of 2025. The Workforce unit has remained committed to the “Transform to Lead” spirit, boldly embracing AI-First thinking in operations, and building frameworks and policies aligned with global standards. Unity and collaboration between onsite and offshore teams have turned challenges into creative actions, delivering meaningful value to the organization.

Building on this foundation, Workforce Day 2025 became a special occasion to express gratitude and energize the path ahead. Vu Tien Dat shared:
