GIF launches AI Agent to automate all processes in insurance consulting
Amidst the strong wave of digital transformation in the insurance industry and the rising demand for personalized customer experiences, GIF has officially introduced Nexus – AI Agent for Distribution. This is an artificial intelligence-powered product aimed at fully automating the consulting and customer care process, helping insurance businesses optimize operations, reduce costs, and increase competitiveness in the digital era.
Nexus was developed by GIF to address issues frequently faced by insurance agents and consultants, such as time-consuming customer data processing, manual workflows, and lack of personalized service. With its automation capabilities, Nexus allows consultants to focus more on high-value activities such as analyzing customer needs from available data and quickly and accurately recommending suitable insurance packages.
The standout feature of Nexus is its ability to smartly manage and allocate potential customers, personalize consulting based on data, support contract lookups, guide claim processes, remind about payments, and warn about contracts nearing expiration. Additionally, this agent builds comprehensive customer profiles, monitors consultant performance, and proactively suggests activities to improve sales results. Automated features such as behavior-based customer care, sending greetings on special occasions, creating interactive content, generating new leads, and training consultants are all seamlessly integrated, helping enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

The biggest difference between Nexus and existing AI Agent solutions is its specialization for the insurance sector, along with its comprehensive coverage of business tasks from customer management and consulting support to data analysis. “Nexus is expected by the GIF team to act as a true digital assistant, accompanying consultants and businesses in every step of customer engagement, service, and care,” said Ms. Dang Thi Tieu Mai, GIF representative.
Currently, Nexus has been put into practical demo, generating high interest among enterprise customers in the industry. This marks a promising start for the product’s commercialization in the near future. It is also part of GIF’s larger strategy for early 2025, as the company aims to drive AI applications in customer data analysis and strengthen the ability to personalize insurance products.
Alongside Nexus, GIF has also launched the AI Claims product and is completing other solutions such as AI Underwriting, AI Agent for Customer, while partnering with major partners to build an AI Agent ecosystem specialized for the industry.
With the launch of Nexus – AI Agent for Distribution, GIF continues to affirm its strength in providing digital transformation solutions for the insurance sector at FSOFT, expanding a modern AI ecosystem ready to accompany customers in every business challenge, helping improve business efficiency and creating new experiences for both employees and service users.
