FSOFT Workforce Group makes a strong breakthrough on the “Transform to Lead” journey

2025 marks a remarkable leap forward for FPT Software’s Workforce Division on the path of “Transform to Lead”. With a series of outstanding achievements in management, training, and human development, the entire division has affirmed its foundational role in FSOFT’s growth in scale, efficiency, and global standing.

More than just an occasion to honor exemplary faces, Workforce Day 2025 is a time to reflect on a year of relentless effort by the Workforce Division—where every unit has left its mark with impressive figures and proud results:

  • FWA achieved a record low in idle and unbilled staff rates, recruited over 300 personnel for the Japanese market, and added 45 international experts and 20 senior specialists. The unit also pioneered AI applications in recruitment (Hi AI, ChatBox AI), saving over 20% in costs and enhancing candidate experience.
  • HRPR completed HRDX Testing, thoroughly resolved PS System issues, met the E30 cost reduction target, and maintained an attrition rate of 11%, demonstrating stable and sustainable management capabilities.
  • FSA solidified its leading role in technology training with nearly 5 million learning hours, partnerships with 50+ universities worldwide, and the development of a team of over 2,000 AI Application Engineers, paving the way for an AI-Ready Workforce for the future.
  • LTI continued to spread the spirit of proactive learning with 866 language classes and nearly 15,000 learners, while launching the SPEAKING HUB—connecting 1,600 mentees with 180 mentors, 46% of whom are native speakers.
  • DCE left a strong cultural and engagement footprint, organizing over 1,000 events with more than 33,000 attendees, and 54 large-scale sports and cultural activities, garnering 18 group-level awards.

These achievements are not merely milestones; they are proof of the strength, intelligence, and innovative spirit of the Workforce Division—the core “engines” driving FPT Software further on the global technology map.

At the event, the company’s leadership honored the most outstanding individuals and teams, recognizing their significant contributions to FSOFT’s overall development. They are true representatives of the “Transform to Lead – Innovate First, Lead Always” spirit, continually learning, innovating, and inspiring in every endeavor.

CHRO Vu Tien Dat emphasized: “FSOFT must immediately implement strategies to align with the dynamic landscape and AI trends. This requires transformation not only in methods and tools of production, but also in the workforce—in people. The mission of the HR division is therefore crucial: from training, recruitment, and employee care, to developing policies that meet new market needs. Every action must apply AI, with an AI First mindset and the spirit of Transform to Lead.”

Guided by this vision, the FSOFT Workforce Division will continue to uphold its role, building a global workforce that is smarter, more agile, and ready to lead in the AI era.

The FSOFT Workforce Group includes: Workforce Assurance (FWA), FPT Software Academy (FSA), Culture – Integration – Employee Experience (DCE), Human Resources Policy & Rewards (HRPR), Language Training Institute (LTI), and workforce staff in the Production Division in Vietnam and OBs.
