With the theme “KT/KB technical solution (document)”, the AI Hackathon is co-organized by BCC & FJP, under the patronage of CDO FSOFT, aiming to discover breakthrough technical solutions for Knowledge Transfer and Knowledge Base.

The competing solutions will not only effectively tackle client challenges but also have the potential to become best practices, with widespread applicability and immediate impact in real-world scenarios.

“With AI support, any document that used to take us 4-5 months to process can now be handled in just a week, or even a few hours. This is FSOFT’s classic challenge,” stressed Mr. To Trong Hieu – Program Lead for “AI 4 Productivity Up 2025”.

Competition Timeline:

• November 3rd to November 7th: FSOFTers form teams and register via the link: https://forms.office.com/r/qxXqR0F7v7 

• November 10th to November 15th: Teams participate in the online competition via MS Teams.

• November 16th: 20 selected teams will go through the Knockout – Presentation – Final rounds.

Competition Format: The contest will proceed through three main phases:

• Phase 1: Preparing solution documents (After registration) – Document distribution: The Organizing Committee (OC) will send each team a random document file. – Task: Teams will discuss, research, and develop optimal KT/KB solutions for the given document.
• Phase 2: The official challenge day – November 16th with three rounds.

– Knockout Round: 20 teams selected from phase 1 will answer a series of OC questions related to the provided documents. The selection criteria are based on the feasibility of their KT/KB solutions.

– Presentation Round: 5 teams chosen from the Knockout round will present their solutions to the judging panel. This is the opportunity for teams to showcase their ability to master their solutions.

– Final Round: The top 2 teams from the Presentation round will compete in a direct debate. Both teams must prove, defend, and convince the judges that their solution is the fastest and most effective for real-world application.

Prizes (expected):

• First Prize: 8 million VND

• Second Prize: 5 million VND

• Third Prize: 3 million VND

Additionally, three supplementary prizes of 2 million VND each will be awarded to teams whose solutions meet the criteria of high applicability, industry relevance, and ease of deployment.

After the contest, the OC plans to hold a workshop to share these breakthrough KT/KB solutions. This will be another chance for FSOFTers to exchange ideas, learn, gain experience, and connect with the community, preparing for future challenges with the most advanced tools.
