Honoring dedication awards for FSOFTers in Dallas, USA
Recently, the Dallas office of FPT Americas (FAM) held an Appreciation Ceremony to recognize individuals who received Dedication Awards for 5, 10, and 15 years of service at FAM, as well as 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 years of service at FSOFT.
The ceremony was attended by FSOFT CEO Pham Minh Tuan, CFO Nguyen Khai Hoan, FAM’s leadership team, and employees currently working in Dallas.
During the event, the management team personally presented commemorative medals and rewards to those receiving Dedication Awards, recognizing their efforts and silent contributions throughout the company’s development journey.
One of the most memorable moments was the honoring of Mr. Phan Trong Quan from ST3, who has been with FPT Americas for 15 consecutive years, making him the longest-serving employee at this office. This is not only an impressive number but also a testament to his perseverance, dedication, and deep connection to the FAM family. Mr. Quan’s journey is a source of inspiration for the younger generation, spreading the spirit of commitment and “One Team” at FSOFT/FAM.
The event was also an opportunity for all FAM members to reflect on the journey so far, share pride in their achievements, valuable lessons learned, and the core values that continue to unite everyone under the FPT family.
