All FSOFTer encouraged to build future ready skills

FPT Software has officially launched the flagship training program “Building Skills of the Future”, designed for all employees worldwide. The program aims to equip every FSOFTER with essential capabilities to thrive and accelerate in the AI era.

The program’s kick-off event welcomed representatives from Harvard Business Impact, unit and department leaders, along with members of HR and Training demonstrating unified commitment to fostering a strong learning culture and holistic capability development across the company. 
During the event, FPT Software CHRO Vũ Tiến Đạt shared: “Our leadership is committed to bringing world-class training programs to our people, building a talented workforce and the next generation of outstanding leaders. I encourage all OBs and FSUs to motivate your teams to learn, grow, and be ready to embrace new opportunities.” 

This 12-month program (November 17, 2025 – November 17, 2026) combines online learning via Harvard Business Impact – HBR Spark platform and online/offline workshops held every two months. The program focuses on three key objectives: 

  • Equipping FSOFTERS with future-ready skills 
  • Cultivating a culture of continuous learning and adaptability 
  • Strengthening capabilities to support FSOFT’s transformation strategy 

To deliver these goals, the program is structured into four learning phases, each lasting three months, guiding employees from mindset transformation to skill mastery: 

17/11/2025 – 17/02/2026:  Strategic & Analytical Thinking 

Build a foundation of strategic and analytical thinking for effective decision-making in an AI-driven environment: 

  • Analytical Thinking – Logical problem-solving and structured analysis 
  • AI and Big Data – Understand, apply AI concepts and generative AI for innovation. 
  • Systems Thinking & Creative Thinking – Integrating systems thinking with creative solutioning 

17/02/2026 – 17/05/2026: Adaptive Growth & Leadership 

Strengthen adaptability and personal effectiveness in a fast-changing world: 

  • Resilience, Flexibility & Agility – Staying resilient, agile, and responsive 
  • Motivation & Self-Awareness – Enhancing self-awareness and sustained motivation 
  • Curiosity & Lifelong Learning – Driving continuous learning and exploration 

17/05/2026 – 17/08/2026: People Leadership & Influence 

Improve interpersonal skills, build positive influence, and lead teams effectively: 

  • Leadership & Social Influence – Leading with impact and influence 
  • Empathy & Active Listening – Practicing empathy and effective listening 
  • Talent Management – Managing and developing talent 

17/08/2026 – 17/11/2026: Operational Excellence 

Optimize operational capabilities for stronger performance and process efficiency: 

  • Resource Management & Operations – Effective resource and operational management 
  • Dependability & Attention to Detail – Reliability and precision in work 
  • Technological Literacy – Leveraging technology to enhance productivity
