100% of CTC Da Nang members complete Digital Marketing course on Udacity

Responding to the message by FSOFT Chairwoman Chu Thi Thanh Ha that “By the end of 2024, all FSOFTs should achieve 20K international certificates”, especially certificates on the Udacity platform, recently 100% of CTC.DN’ employees proactively started their journey to obtain international certificates.

According to Mr. Tran Duy Tien – Head of Training Department (CTC) in Da Nang, the Digital Marketing course helps students improve their creative skills when it comes to writing content, technology skills in communication, and understanding on how to communicate through popular social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), and the meaning of metrics in marketing communication. In particular, after each section, the students will go on to do a real project and be reviewed and supported by leading Digital Marketing instructors. Up to now, FSOFT Da Nang has 38 people participating in the course, with CTC.DN alone having all 8 members participating.

“CTC.DN wishes to spread the spirit of learning to all other departments, create many learning groups, and reach the common goal of 20 thousand certificates”, Mr. Tien said.

After more than 2 months of constantly being with their laptops to even forget about their families, together with mentor Tran Duy Tien, the sisters of CTC.DN have achieved a perfect result. “Each member sees the value that the course brings to the team!”, Ms. Luong Thi Boi Ngoc (CTC.DN) shared.

Through the Udacity platform, after a 3-month course of studying entirely in English and being trained by international experts from leading marketing companies such as Google, Facebook, MOZ, and MailChimp, 100% of the official members of CTC.DN have achieved the goal of obtaining this international certificate.

Participants in the course must complete 8 projects throughout 9 chapters of the course, from Content Marketing, Target Audience, Customer Journey, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, to Email marketing.

Such marketing knowledge and skills are essential for CTC.DN to meet the needs of FSOFTer and delivery units to develop and introduce new learning policies and programs.

“Especially in the period when FSOFT Da Nang is booming in number of personnel, with that knowledge, CTC.DN hopes to bring courses to the right FSOFTers in a more accurate and quicker way,” said a former FDN’s BrSE.
