AI Boosting Campaign: Master AI, earn big rewards!
The AI Boosting Campaign is launched to encourage FSOFTers to swiftly and effectively integrate AI tools into coding and testing. This initiative will recognize and reward individuals and projects that frequently leverage AI, achieve outstanding efficiency, and maximize productivity.
📌 DEPLOYMENT TIMELINE
- Duration: March 1 – March 31
- Evaluation: After campaign completion
- Reward distribution: April payroll cycle
📌 REWARD STRUCTURE
- For individuals: Top 20 most active AI users will receive 200,000 VND/person
- For projects:
- Top 5 projects (BMM ≥100): 3,000,000 VND/project
- Top 5 projects (50 < BMM < 100): 1,500,000 VND/project
- Top 5 projects (BMM ≤ 50): 700,000 VND/project
📌 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Participants must use AI tools, including CodeVista, TestVista, and GitHub Copilot, connected to the PSI server.
- Evaluation criteria:
- Individuals: Minimum 5 prompts/month across all AI tools
- Projects: Minimum active account ratio ≥ 30%
Active account ratio= Total account active (≥5 prompts/month/all AI tools)/Total allocated member
📌 HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- The campaign applies to all individuals and projects utilizing AI tools in March 2025.
- For new users or projects, please register by sending an email to [email protected] (cc [email protected]) with the subject:
“Request for [AI tool name] tool guidance (e.g., CodeVista, TestVista, GitHub Copilot), [Project code] [Account PM]”
AI tool usage data will be baselined on April 1, 2025.
