akaCam and akaOCR win 2023 Sao Khue Award
On April 28, FHM.QAI’s akaCam and akaOCR were honored at the 2023 Sao Khue Award Ceremony – the most prestigious award of the Vietnamese software and IT industry, organized by the Vietnam Software & IT Services Association (VINASA).
akaCam – a product that applies Artificial Intelligence to exploit the camera potential is rewarded in the Industrial Production category. As a video data analytics platform, converting video data into structured data for processing and analysis, like detecting, identifying, tracking, classifying and indexing objects/behaviors in the video, akaCam has been deployed in a variety of real projects, its key functions reach an accuracy of over 95%.
The akaOCR intelligent document processing product is honored in the Digital Enterprise/Organization category. As one of FSOFT’s digitization and digital transformation solutions, akaOCR helps users extract textual contents from various languages and multiple forms, reducing processing time and increasing accuracy compared to manual inputs, increasing productivity and lowering operating costs. The accuracy rate of extracting typewriting and handwriting documents is over 90% and 70% respectively.
akaCam and akaOCR are developed by technology experts of Quy Nhon Artificial Intelligence Research and Development Center – QAI. The center was founded in 2020, aimed at turning Quy Nhon into the AI Valley of the region and globally, bringing AI into the lives of Vietnamese people, especially in essential fields like health and education.
