All FSOFTers are required to join ISMS Refresh Training phase I 2023
From March 15 to April 15, CTC Training Center cooperates with ISM Information Security Department to organize the security course “ISMS Refresh Training” for all FSOFTers in Vietnam.
In 2023, the program consists of 2 phases. Phase 1 takes place in March 2023, phase 2 will be held in October 2023. In phase 1, the exam takes place in sites, Hanoi (March 15 to March 29), Ho Chi Minh (March 22 to April 5), Da Nang (March 29 to April 12).

In addition, the exam is mandatory for those who are not FSOFT’s employees but are working at FSOFT’s campuses like housekeeping staff, drivers, security guards, etc. All FSOFTers in Vietnam with valid labor contracts during the program implementation are required to take the exam. Adjusting the exam frequency and participants is one of ISMS’s latest approaches for FSOFTers to better memorize frequent incidents, forming unconditioned reflexes and correcting inappropriate behaviors that may accidentally cause information security violations.
Employees who are on maternity leave, unpaid leave, or contract suspension during the program implementation are exempted from joining the exam. Employees who do not fully participate in the program will be handled in accordance with Decision No.153/2023/QD/FSOFT-CTC.
