All FSOFTers in the delivery section will participate in Product Risk Training course in September
In order to help staff from the Delivery division understand the importance of Product Risk when working on projects and distinguish between Project Risk and Product Risk, CTC Training Center is organizing an online Product Risk Training course until September 19.
The course is being implemented from the pain point that FSOFT’s product development projects have not been entirely aware of Product Risk during the development and operation process, leading to continuously increasing complications and issues in recent years. These incidents, no matter the scale, will cause huge losses in costs, affecting FSOFT’s reputation and customer trust.
The Product Risk Training course is designed with 4 parts:
- What is Product Risk?
- Distinguish between Project Risk and Product Risk and understand types of product risk
- Case studies about Product Risk
- Product Risk management process in projects
Through the course, FSOFTers will learn how to identify, analyze, quantify, and implement product risk management measures in projects.
All FSOFT employees in the Delivery division in Vietnam, regardless of contract type up to the time of the program implementation, are required to participate. Employees on maternity leave, unpaid leave, suspended labor contracts during the training period, and unskilled workers (service staff, drivers) are temporarily suspended from participating. Employees who do not fully participate in the program will be handled according to Decision No. 137/2022/QD/FSOFT-CTC.
