Announcing the pilot of SCDM tool MVP1
To enhance the efficiency of SCDM project management and promote proactive operations and transparent information flow between Prime and Supplier, the SCDM 2025 Program Implementation Board has rapidly completed features for the launch of SCDM tool MVP1 on July 14, 2025.
The SCDM tool will facilitate information transparency between Prime and Supplier, empower projects with proactive operational capabilities, and provide Project Managers (PMs) with an objective view to evaluate project outcomes, enabling swift and accurate decision-making.
Key features released in MVP1 include:
- PRA: Opening SCDM projects with the option to select Pattern 1, 2, or 3.
- Project Configuration: Configuring Supplier units.
- SOW (Scope of Work): Committing to the scope of work and acceptance criteria.
- Billable & Revenue: PMs can map quotes for projects based on the committed SOW.
- Report Prime: Viewing all SCDM projects within a Business Unit (BU) or under the management scope of a Prime PM.
Accordingly, the pilot for the SCDM tool will target SCDM projects with a start date from July 14, 2025, across all Pattern 1, 2, and 3 types. The pilot period will run from July 14 to September 15. Projects interested in participating can register through Ms. ThaoNP3.
