APPROVE+ helps managers quickly approve TMS tickets via myFPT

The myFPT project has just released Approve+ (grouped in the Approve Now feature) to help managers approve TMS requests via mobile phones. As planned, Approve+ will soon be able to approve the tickets created on TSS, Learning, MSC (IPMS), FCMC, SMS, FHU,… and users will simply access the myFPT app instead of dozens of web links and tools. 

Before the Approve+ feature was born, managers were required to access the TMS (Time Management System) tool via the web version on computers, which is quite inconvenient because users have to walk through many steps like accessing the mailbox, getting ticket links, accessing the tool for request confirmation or approval. In addition, if the request is not processed on schedule, it will directly affect the employee’s incentive, salary and bonus in the following month.

For now, with the new Approve+ utility, managers can handle all the requests in one step, right on mobile devices with clear notifications.

Managers will receive a notification on the myFPT app when a request is submitted. Tapping on the notification will navigate managers to the ticket with the confirmation button for approval.

This year, Approve+ is expected to approve the requests created on TSS, Learning, MSC (IPMS), followed by FCMC, SMS, FHU in 2024.

Launched in 2020, Approve Now is a convenient feature that helps managers approve staff’s requests for shopping, payment and others on Portal. Mr. Nguyen The Tai – the project’s PO talked about the upcoming development plans: “In 2023 and 2024, myFPT will be integrated with more tools for request approvals, improving the work efficiency with timely support”.
