In alignment with the core values that FSOFT has been proud of, a variety of objective evaluations from human resources groups that have been collaborating with FSOFT as well as the recognition from the global strategic consulting company Universum, as a result of the EVP project, FPT Software has defined its identities for employees, including “Learn & Grow”, “Global success”, “Challenging & purposeful mission”, “Fun and friendly work environment”.

With unanimous recognition from the Company’s Board of Directors, employees, potential candidates, FSOFT has officially announced the EVP value set in conjunction with the tagline “Start with you”, emphasizing that “Employees are the core value that determines the growth of FSOFT”.

Specifically, FSOFT’s EVP value set combines 3 values that make FPT Software different in the IT market, including “Learn & Grow”, “Global success”, “Challenging & purposeful mission” and FPT/FSOFT’s cultural identity “Fun and friendly work environment”.
