BA Wow: Promising new ‘transformation’ of BA departments in 2022

With the goal of being “Lean to Shine” to better serve projects and other departments/departments, BA block in 2022 will participate in the “BA Wow” program initiated by iDX to renew themselves and streamline internal processes and automation to reduce manual, repetitive work, towards the common goal of increasing the whole company’s productivity by 10%.

Following the success of the Restaurant project (Q-Up) in 2020 and 2021, this year, BA departments will continue to participate in the “BA Wow” program with the spirit of “leaner and leaner” Under the companionship of internal DX experts, the operating processes of BA departments will be analyzed to find redundant points to streamline and move towards converting 20% ​​of the process steps into automation for increased productivity and quality of operations.

FSOFT CEO Pham Minh Tuan believes that in order to achieve the highest efficiency when applying automation, the process can only be streamlined. He posed a challenge to the entire operation block in 2022 to “go leaner” to renew and shine yourself. According to the policy of FPT Corporation, this is also a priority program in the internal digital transfer activities of all member companies.

Currently, IDX is introducing the program to BA departments and has received the active participation of departments. The departments have sent “DX Man” – the representative of the unit, to directly work with IDX to provide information and coordinate between the two parties. Initially, during the kick-off of the program in some departments such as HR, FID and PRC, FSOFTers were excited to share the unreasonable points in the process that they themselves observed. It is expected that there will be meaningful adjustments in the near future. Or with AF, SSC, and CTC, a list of tasks has been set up just waiting to be “processed”.

A dense action program of sharing has been carried out throughout the BA in the first quarter of 2022 to uncover the problem and continue to put the ideas into practice from the second quarter. Program Lead of “BA Wow” – Mr. Dao Duc Lam (FHO.IDX) emphasized: “Internal digital transformation is not about building automation tools but first about optimizing the process. There’s the problem, and then it’s about figuring out how to automate it.”

In order to encourage the spirit of self-innovation and continuous improvement of the FSOFTers in BA, “BA Wow” will offer many attractive prizes to individuals and organizations actively participating in the program. Specifically, each BA employee who proposes and implements the optimization of his own process is rewarded with 3 million VND for each successfully optimized process step. The department that performed the best process optimization in the quarter will be awarded 5 million VND.
