Bloomberg introduces FSOFT’s SAP Identity Management service with E.ON
On November 3, Bloomberg – the world’s leading financial news agency, reported on FPT’s becoming a strategic partner of E.ON Group in the field of digital transformation. Specifically, it is about the implementation of SAP Identity Management (SAP IDM) Services. After 2 months of implementation, FSOFT has successfully taken over the transfer segments from some other vendors such as Wipro, Infosys and the company promises to become a reliable partner for large enterprises in Germany and Europe in the near future.
According to FPT EU CEO – Mr. Le Hai, this is the third time this year that Bloomberg reported on the topic of SAP – one of the services that FPT is providing. The article refers to a 5-year contract between FPT and E.ON, whereby FPT will support E.ON on both the old and new SAP platforms with coverage of the entire organization. The project will be implemented with the participation of SAP experts from FPT Germany (FGER), FPT Slovakia (FSK) and the team in Vietnam to ensure timely response to customer requirements despite the language and time-zone differences.
Under the contract, FSOFT provides administration and maintenance services for SAP functions in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) Operations. In addition, FSOFT’s IT specialists will manage user access rights through the User Authorization Management system under the Role Administration & Development service. Furthermore, FSOFT provides Data Security, audit & compliance support and handles all related on-call duty services.
Cooperating with FSOFT, E.ON is provided with an optimal service model and experienced IT experts who know the local language. This newly signed contract also proves FSOFT’s ability to provide services in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation.
