Break Tour “kick-starts” the Happy Break activity series
The first phase of the 2024 Happy Break – Break Tour movement program officially “opened” at FSOFT’s 3 regions with the participation of a large number of employees. This is considered the “opening act” for Happy Break activities, to spread the spirit of movement, exercise anytime, anywhere for FSOFTers.
As an initiative aimed at creating a fun and positive working environment where people can temporarily “take a break” and participate in light physical activities to improve health and well-being, Happy Break this year will run from April to the end of 2024 with stages including Warm-up, Overcome Passes, Climb Hills, and Reach Peaks. Kicking off this year’s Happy Break and also serving as a kick-off activity is the Break Tour – Roadshow featuring performances by DCE entertainers at various units.
The Break Tour is an activity to introduce FSOFT employees in Hanoi, Da Nang, Quy Nhon, and Ho Chi Minh City to Happy Break by quickly learning simple and effective exercises suitable for them. After 4 days, the Organizing Committee brought the Break Tour to over 25 workstations, distributed over 5,000 energy-boosting gifts, and recorded over 100,000 minutes of exercise through the myFPT app. The Break Tour will continue until April 26, and Stage 1 – Warm-up of Happy Break will run until June 30, along with many exciting activities and mini-games.
Especially, in addition to offline guidance from YU union officials specializing in the unit and DCE, FSOFTers can also refer to and find information about Happy Break on the myFPT app. Additionally, from April 16-26, FSOFTers can participate in the check-in mini-game along with Break Tour gifts on Workplace for a chance to receive 100 gold rewards.
