Building Skills of the Future program kicks off phase 1: Strategic & Analytical Thinking
As Artificial Intelligence (AI) continues to redefine technology standards, the ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make accurate decisions has become a core competency every FSOFTer must possess. The Building Skills of the Future learning journey begins with Phase 1, running from November 17, 2025, to February 17, 2026, focusing on developing the “Strategic and Analytical Thinking” skill set through three key areas:
Analytical Thinking
Learners will be equipped to analyze problems from multiple perspectives, identify critical data, and uncover root causes. This foundational skill enables quick, precise, and consistent decision-making in high-intensity work environments.
AI and Big Data
In an era where data is the “common language,” understanding how AI operates creates a strong competitive advantage. This module helps learners adopt an AI-First mindset, apply AI to optimize workflows, and expand their approach to data analysis and problem-solving.
Systems Thinking & Creative Thinking
Combining logical reasoning with innovative thinking, this skill group guides learners to view problems holistically, connecting separate elements into a complete system. At the same time, learners are encouraged to experiment with practical, breakthrough ideas to develop flexible and creative problem-solving skills.

With a 12-month roadmap divided into 4 phases—from strategic thinking, adaptability, and leadership to operational excellence—the Building Skills of the Future program offers a dynamic learning experience through a blend of e-learning and hands-on workshops.
