Carmen Adina Tudor (FAM.ST11): “I Have Many Opportunities for Personal Growth and Integration with FPT Culture”

Joining FPT in March 2023 after FSOFT’s acquisition of Intertec International’s IT Services division, Carmen Adina Tudor (FAM.ST11) was impressed by the opportunity to meet FSOFT leadership at the Costa Rica office and be a part of the ambitious growth goals of the software company.

For Carmen, the collaboration between FPT and Intertec has allowed her to immerse herself in a diverse work culture, giving her and her colleagues in Latin America the chance to “Level Up” in their roles by gaining access to exclusive platforms, infrastructure, and technology solutions developed by FSOFT. She had the opportunity to visit and work at FPT Americas’ Atlanta office, where she felt the passion of FPT employees.

Carmen is currently a Software Documentation Specialist on the Manhattan Associates project under the C99 Program, with expertise in analyzing and upgrading API data, identifying optimal tools, and writing customer documentation across various platforms. Additionally, she serves as a team lead, managing the software development and DevOps team, and providing technical support to her team members.

“Becoming an FSOFTer, I’ve felt the One Team spirit and strong unity at FPT through work and the collective activities organized for employees,” Carmen shared. These activities are held regularly, with a variety of events such as Giga Run, FAM Summer Sport, Happy Hour, and recycling and waste-sorting initiatives at the office.

“These events fostered team spirit while also sparking healthy competition. One of my proudest moments was winning a medal during the Summer Sport event held in Costa Rica,” Carmen revealed.

In the coming year, Carmen aims to continue honing her technical skills and maintain her position as the Best Performer at FAM ST11. She hopes to make meaningful contributions toward FSOFT’s World-Class goals and develop her career in line with the company’s direction.
