Company vacation sparks superhero spirit of the ‘FINDO Universe’

The 2024 company vacation of FPT Indonesia’s staff at Kadena Glamping Dive Resort, Anyer Beach has officially concluded, leaving each participant with beautiful and emotional memories. Over two days, from September 21 to 22, more than 47 members of FPT Indonesia enjoyed an exciting journey filled with relaxation and team bonding.

The trip started early in the morning on September 21 with a journey from Jakarta (Indonesia) to Anyer Beach. From the moment they arrived at the resort, the atmosphere was filled with joy and energy. The program began with ice-breaking activities, helping everyone feel comfortable and quickly integrate. Following that were team-building games such as “Lucky Twin,” “Empathy Ball,” and “Water Tower,” offering all members the chance to collaborate and enhance their team spirit.

One of the program’s highlights was the cosplay parade. Though not everyone participated, the creativity and effort of those who did brought a vibrant and lively atmosphere. From unique costumes to confident performances, the parade became a memorable moment that elicited laughter and excitement from everyone.

“I didn’t participate in the cosplay, but I was truly moved by everyone’s dedication. Next time, I will definitely join!”, shared Andrie Nender JR from FINDO.DMO.

The second day’s water sports activities, including banana boats and speed boating, further boosted everyone’s enthusiasm. The laughter and excitement from riding the waves wrapped up the vacation on a high note, leaving everyone feeling refreshed and invigorated.

FPT Indonesia’s CEO, Nguyen Hoang Tung, delivered a speech expressing his gratitude to all the employees for their spirit and dedication throughout the trip. He emphasized that there was no need to transform into superheroes, as the staff were the real heroes, contributing to the continuous growth of the “FINDO Universe.” His words of encouragement reignited the passion in everyone, fostering a sense of unity and propelling them toward even greater successes in the future.

Special thanks were also extended to Puspita M. Dewi (Tita), Administrator from FINDO.SUP, who tirelessly worked to prepare and organize the event. Her hard work and dedication played a major role in the success of the vacation.

Reflecting on the trip, many participants remarked that this was one of the most memorable events they had ever attended. Some shared that they truly bonded with their colleagues and felt a stronger sense of teamwork. The fun activities, relaxed atmosphere, and creative cosplay spirit brought unforgettable moments to life.

“FINDO Vacation 2024 was the best event I’ve ever attended. The enthusiasm of everyone, the location, and the teamwork made everything perfect,” another participant excitedly shared.

Although the vacation has ended, its lasting impact remains with each person. The spirit of teamwork, creativity, and joy has been rekindled, setting the stage for future successes at work. We look forward to the next trips, which promise to be even more spectacular with new themes and locations!
