COO Tran Dang Hoa shares about “PMA – Motivation 3.0” for FKR’s Sales team

On the occasion of a business trip to Korea to celebrate his 6th birthday and meet important customers and partners of FPT Korea, Mr. Tran Dang Hoa – Managing Director of FSOFT had a special training session for the Sales and Market Development team of FKR with the”PMA – Motivation 3.0″  theme.

“PMA” stands for the words Purpose – Mastery – Autonomy. With this training session, Mr. Hoa emphasized and conveyed multi-dimensional views on the goals and motivations of each individual when standing in an enterprise, and the change of that perspective over time from versions 1.0, 2.0 to 3.0 as of now.

At the same time, he also shared his experience and how each individual can apply the principle of 4T (Task – Time – Technique – Team) to find the optimal method for their work, thereby creating change and positively affecting businesses, organizations and communities.

Mr. Pham Ngoc Son – Head of Sales and Market Development Department of FKR shared: “Through this training session, it is hoped that FKR AMs can learn from the experiences that Mr. Hoa shared, and at the same time draw their own conclusions setting out the direction for each person’s tasks, thereby helping FKR conquer the set goals in the Korean market.”
