Data Entry Service brings great satisfaction to FSOFT internal customers

As a unit specializing in data entry services, DPS.EDP managed by Ms. Ha Ngoc Bao Tien has a team with outstanding foreign language skills such as Japanese N1 and TOEIC scores of more than 700. But few people know that DPS.EDP is also the unit that has been supporting customers in Vietnam, especially FSOFT internal customers, and earned an absolute CSS score of 100.

First of all, it is worth mentioning customers of Utop – the application that brings shopping experiences and convenient services such as Smart Menu, E-Voucher, and UtopBACK. DPS.EDP is the partner that Utop transfers the import Data of Merchants such as store name, menu, unit price… on the application. With members who are able to use Utop proficiently and build good content in a timely manner, EBS.EDP has met a large volume of work from customers and received CSS 100 score for August 2021 to February 2022 assessment.

The Legal and Risk Management Department (LRC) is also an internal customer that has cooperated with DPS.EDP in the field of data entry and contract translation. To meet this customer’s request, the team must have a minimum Japanese language ability of N3 and TOEIC >700. Up to now, the team has increased in size from 6-8 people due to the increasing workload.

LRC highly appreciates the work ethic as well as the excellent way of keeping in touch with the project team. The rate of input errors is also very low and the project team has also fixed it in a timely manner without any complaints from the customer.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung, Project PM shared that “The project always considers customer requirements as its mission. We put customer satisfaction as the highest goal and always dedicate ourselves to completing it at all times. We regularly remind and share to employees the highest awareness of compliance with the working process, quality of work output with the goal of a 0% error rate. At the same time, the team regularly communicates with customers to get information, suggest ideas, improve quality and increase productivity. Those are the secrets that help the team get the maximum evaluation score.”

In the past time, many other small projects have also been implemented by DPS.EDP with many other departments and divisions in FSOFT. Notably, the project of calling for 10,000 databases of the Resource Assurance Department (FWA) has been implemented effectively and quickly. It helped increase the open job rate in November 2021 for marketing leads to 45%.
