Did you know: Decentralization of financial approval and contract signing 2022
“Decentralization of financial approval & contract signing in 2022” Regulation has been updated and officially took effect from 1 June 2022. In order to help FSOFTer as managers and related departments (FC, AF, PRC, LRC, FID, HO) to understand the changing information, the Financial Control Board (FC) encourages employees to access and understand online courses on the eCampus platform.

In order to ensure that the financial proposal, review and approval take place smoothly and effectively, the Financial Control Board (FC) has coordinated with the Training Center (CTC) to design and develop the course content. The course helps FSOFTers who are managers understand their rights and obligations with each budget level, and determine the corresponding budget type, thereby ensuring the fastest and most accurate financial process
Currently, the course has been released in the Vietnamese language. Employees who complete the course before July 31, 2022 will be accrued training time for MOOC 2022.
The course is built with 5 main contents:
- Approve annual and quarterly budgets
- Approve expense usage before performing each activity
- Approve cash-in transactions
- Approve cash-out transactions
- Decentralize and review financial activities and other contracts
