DXG and FAM bring aviation technology solutions to Aerospace Tech Week 2024
Aerospace Tech Week (ATW) is an annual event that brings together thousands of aviation industry experts. This year, ATW, held from November 19-20 in Atlanta (USA), is themed “Technology, Innovation, Connectivity for Airlines, MROs, OEMs, and Their Partners.”
The event has attracted over 100 top speakers from around the world, offering a prime opportunity for aviation businesses to discuss modern technology trends and explore breakthrough solutions to enhance organizational performance.
At the event, DXG and FAM introduced their AIOps solution, designed to optimize technology infrastructure monitoring and management in the aviation industry, minimizing disruptions and improving operational efficiency. With its ability to automatically analyze data and provide early issue detection, AIOps is becoming an essential tool, helping aviation companies navigate the complexities of maintaining large-scale IT systems. FSOFT’s booth garnered significant attention, particularly from industry leaders seeking to optimize technological processes and reduce operational costs.
Additionally, Inigo Arsuaga Espoz (DXG.CoE) took the stage as a speaker with his presentation, “Transforming Aviation with AI: The Future of Flight is Human”. He shared insights on the journey from data to intelligence, emphasizing the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into aviation business strategies.
His presentation highlighted that the greatest challenges lie not in technology but in human factors. Senior executives often view AI as a standalone tech solution rather than a strategic lever for comprehensive transformation. This leads to inconsistent strategies and fragmented data, limiting AI’s potential. Inigo proposed ways for aviation businesses to fully harness AI’s capabilities. At the event, DXG and FAM secured 58 leads, successfully organized 6 meetings, and garnered interest from major partners such as Oliver Wyman and Intelsat. This marks a significant step in FSOFT’s journey to strengthen its position and expand partnerships in this critical and cutting-edge industry.
