Excellence Test Management: Nurturing “Captains” for IVS
On June 12, the inaugural session of the Excellence Test Management (ETM) course was led by Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vinh An – FSUL of IVS. With 20 nominees from various BUs, this training program aims to cultivate outstanding “captains” who will steer the IVS ship into the future.
Driven by the vision to build a robust IVS ready for the 5GIGA challenges with FSOFT, the ETM program is designed to equip talented individuals with the skills and passion to take on pivotal roles within IVS.
The curriculum comprises 8 modules spread over more than 10 training sessions, providing deep insights into strategy, organizational models, and operations. Participants will also gain comprehensive knowledge in management domains such as human resources, finance, and essential soft skills, guided enthusiastically by IVS’s BOM and guest lecturers. Expect enriching sessions filled with knowledge, experience, and practical skills.
The atmosphere was vibrant from the first class, marked by lively discussions and numerous questions. The training fostered a sense of camaraderie among participants, all united in their goals with high spirits and a shared aspiration for a stronger IVS.
During the opening ceremony, Mr. An shared his dream of making IVS the top software testing service provider in Vietnam. He expressed his hope that IVS will solidify its position within FSOFT, driven by the participants of this training course. ETM will guide and inspire them to “level up” in team management and business development for IVS. Mr. An also expressed confidence that this course will serve as a solid stepping stone for IVS-ers to collectively achieve the organization’s common goals.
