Experience “format-preserving” document translation with SkyTrans
With just a few simple steps, FSOFTers can now translate multilingual documents while preserving the original formatting using SkyTrans – an AI-powered translation assistant. This tool is helping thousands of FSOFT employees boost productivity, particularly in translation tasks.
To use the Docs Trans feature, FSOFTers simply visit https://skytrans.io, log in via FPT SSO (Single Sign-On), select “Docs Trans”, and upload any document in formats such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or PDF. SkyTrans will automatically process, translate, and return the document with formatting and layout almost fully intact – significantly reducing post-translation editing time.
In addition, the “Text Trans” feature allows for quick translation of short texts by pasting content directly into the interface.
Developed by the DXG unit, SkyTrans is already included in FSOFT’s whitelist and is widely deployed across the company. The tool supports over 100 languages, with domain-specific learning capabilities, and ensures maximum security by storing data on a Private Cloud infrastructure. Within just two weeks of mass rollout, SkyTrans attracted over 2,300 users across 100+ projects, becoming a powerful assistant for roles ranging from Sales, Presales, Devs to BrSEs.
The solution has been fully integrated with FSOFT’s SSO system. Upon logging in, users receive $10 credits to explore and experience the service.
