F-Town 3 celebrates the topping out of phase 2, 3

After more than 5 months of construction, the F-Town 3 phase 2, 3 project officially topped out, completing the structural work yesterday morning, on March 19. The completion of technical systems, interior design, landscaping, etc., will be expedited by the project management committee for the building’s official operation scheduled for September this year.

Currently, the project will expedite the installation of technical systems such as electrical, air conditioner, fire protection and prevention, elevators, generators, substations, etc. Alongside the completion of construction works such as tiling, wall finishing, ceiling, flooring, etc. Technical and basic finishing items are expected to be completed and inspected by mid-August 2024, ensuring the project meets safety and legal requirements before commencing operations on September 13, 2024, as planned.

Following this period, the project management committee will also proceed with interior design, construction, and landscaping alongside the final construction completion phase. In addition to the existing amenities, F-Town 3 phase 2, 3 will also feature a swimming pool, gymnasium, functional rooms, etc., providing FSOFTers with more options to enhance their physical and mental well-being.

At the topping-out ceremony of the F-Town 3 phase 2, 3 building, Chairman of FSOFT HCM Nguyen Duc Quynh praised the efforts of all relevant units, expressing expectations for the building to operate according to schedule. “This year marks the 25th anniversary of FSOFT’s establishment and the 20th anniversary of FSOFT HCM. This project holds significant spiritual value. I believe the remaining stages and tasks will proceed smoothly for the building’s official operation on September 13. Thanks to all construction, supervision, and consulting units for their tremendous efforts to bring us to this day”, Mr. Quynh shared.

This phase of the “FPT Software Research and Development Center project” includes two blocks, 2 and 3, connected via an underground tunnel to Block 1 of F-Town 3 phase 1, which was completed and put into use in early 2020. Specifically, the two new blocks will have a total area of 11,738 m², with a total floor area of 45,614 m² (including basement levels). Block 2 will have 5 above-ground floors and 1 basement level; Block 3 will have 4 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, along with other ancillary items.
