FAM Semi Sum-up 2022: Impressive achievements in S1 and goal to complete year plan with new strategy
On July 13 (US time), FAM held the Semi Sum-up Event 2022 with the theme “Dare to be Great” to summarize business results of the first 6 months and set strategies for the remaining half year.
“FAM (FPT Americas) continues to be the leading OB of FSOFT with impressive achievements in both revenue and profit in S1.2022,” said FAM CEO Dang Tran Phuong at the opening of the program. In 2022, FAM aims to reach 279 million USD and by the end of the first 6 months, the unit has completed 45% of the plan. Specifically, revenue reached 130.5 million USD, an increase of 106% compared to the plan, and profit reached 22.67 million USD, an increase of 130% compared to the plan. In which, FAM ST9 and FAM ST1 are the two teams with the most impressive contributions to the contract.
In terms of personnel, FAM achieved a growth rate of 27% over the same period in 2021. In addition, the unit has implemented Paycom – a new payroll and human resource management system, and implemented the “401K” plan. ” – a retirement savings program to bring better benefits to employees, thereby improving productivity and enhancing engagement.
Returning to normal after the pandemic, the unit also focuses on organizing various activities to connect and improve the spiritual life of members in the states. In particular, these activities have been implemented in the offices of Atlanta, Los Angeles and Seattle. Towards a further future of FPT in the US – a country where FSOFTers can join a community rich in culture and receive development opportunities for themselves and their family members, FAM’s offices will continue to organize bonding activities for employees in the coming time.
In S2, aiming to become the Top 1 OB by 2024, FAM will continue to make strategic moves with the establishment of more nearshore software centers, and at the same time conquere potential clients in the new regions. In addition, FAM also aims to build a “Customer Experience Center” in the US to attract American customers and get them to learn about Vietnamese technology and culture.
Semi Sum-up 2022 was also an opportunity for the unit to honor the contributions of all employees in the company. The company honored and rewarded 23 Best Performers and 10 Best Teams with outstanding achievements in S1.2022.
