“Family Reunion” – Generations of FSOFTers gather to celebrate the company’s 25-year anniversary
Representatives from all generations of FSOFTers, from the early days to the present, will gather for the “Family Reunion” event, taking place tomorrow afternoon, Thursday, August 15, at the F-Ville 3 campus in Hola Park.
The name of the event evokes a traditional cultural practice that Vietnamese people have always preserved and passed down from generation to generation. Family and clan culture is also the spirit of the corporate culture that FPT/FSOFT has built from its inception. In this spirit, the “Family Reunion 2024” event is an opportunity for all generations of the Software family, who are “from the same roots and the same family”, to come together and share old and new stories; connect with leaders from various periods, former FSOFTers who have made significant contributions to the company, and current management personnel.
Twenty-five years ago, on January 13, 1999, FSOFT officially entered the “family tree” of FPT and Vietnam’s IT companies with the ambition to “Make Vietnamese intelligence known on the world map”.
Navigating the path to international expansion with a spirit of “moving forward despite the unknown” and a “bold” attitude, FSOFT, at that time, grew into a company with over 32,000 employees, present in over 30 countries and territories, surpassing the $1 billion revenue milestone, and continuing to pursue its dream of becoming a “World-Class Company.”
Since then, FSOFT has nurtured countless talents with ambitions and aspirations to bring honor to Vietnam’s IT industry. In practice, many former FSOFTers have gone on to found or hold key positions in prominent technology and IT service companies. Many have also continued to achieve success within FPT Group and its subsidiaries.
No matter how far they have ventured or what roles they hold, all generations of FSOFT maintain the spirit of “moving forward despite the unknown” and a sense of fun and connection. More than just a reunion, “Family Reunion 2024” will continue the pride and unwavering belief of the previous generation with the younger generation, further fostering the family culture of FPT/FSOFT.
