FAP sponsors ‘Celebrating Spring 2022’ program in Singapore

The series of activities “Celebrating Spring 2022” in Singapore has been jointly organized by the Embassy of Vietnam, the Liaison Department of the Vietnamese Community and the Vietnamese Student Association, in order to preserve, promote the culture and increase cohesion in the Vietnamese community. FAP is honored to be a Silver sponsor for the program, joining hands to spread “Vietnamese Tet” to children living abroad.

The program includes a series of events taking place in January 2022 such asTennis tournament; Banh chung and banh tet wrapping contest; Gifts for Vietnamese students in Singapore, etc.

“I was really impressed with today’s competition and the atmosphere here. Thank everyone for the warm welcome. When my friend told me there was a contest, I really wanted to participate. I want to learn how to pack Chung Cake, and learn about the culture of Vietnam because in the future, I want to visit Vietnam,” shared Ms. Bong Liong Wei – a member of FAP when attending the event.

FAP has accompanied the Embassy and the Vietnamese Community Liaison Committee in many activities and programs of practical significance to the Vietnamese in Singapore. Through a series of community activities, FAP wishes to create more meaningful playgrounds, encourage morale, and connect with FSOFTers to celebrate Tet away from home. The series of activities brings an atmosphere of excitement and suspense, along with the most authentic traditional New Year experiences in Singapore. In addition, the event contributes to building the solidarity and collective spirit of FAP in particular and the Vietnamese community here in general.

FAP is currently in the Top 50 out of more than 700 IT Services companies in Singapore (according to Gartner’s Market Share report 2020). In 2022, FAP aims to grow by over 40%, double its staff size and promote ITX and DTX digital transformation services and solutions, focusing on Vertical industries such as Banking, Fintech & Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare & Pharmaceutical, Retails & Commerce, Airlines Aviation, Telco, etc. In the long-term strategy of the next 3 years, FAP sets the goal of “FAP123 Top30” in 2024: reaching the Top 30 IT Services companies in 2024 in Singapore with a turnover of USD 123 million and a staff of 500 people.
