FHM Hackathon 2022 increases total prize value to VND 22 million
With the participation of 16 teams, the Organizing Committee of FHM HACKATHON 2022 recently decided to increase the total prize value from VND 15 million to VND 22 million.
Accordingly, the competition has also been increased with the “Final Round” taking place at 9 am tomorrow on July 29, at Kowloon Hall, F-Town 3 to find the champion of this season.
The prize includes 01 Championship prize worth VND 12 million with medals, 01 Idea prize worth VND 2 million for the team with the best idea as voted by the Jury.
Especially, to encourage the teams to come up with their ideas, the Organizing Committee decided to award SUCCESSFUL prizes to all teams present at Presentation Day on July 27, each prize worth VND 500,000.
After Presentation Day, the Jury will choose 4 teams to play and enter the Final Round. The Final Round will be an opportunity for the 4 best teams to present their solutions in front of the judges and a large audience from FHM. Each team will have 30 minutes to present their part and 30 minutes for Q&A from the Jury and the teams.
In order to ensure fairness and have objective views, the jury of this year’s contest was considered by the organizers and invited to the “hot seat” position, including the guest judge, Dr. Ngo Duc Thanh – Dean of the Computer Science Faculty, University of Information Technology, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City; and Mr. Huynh Le Duy – Head of DXG Global Digital Transformation Consulting Group, FPT Software. FHM internal judges include Master Tran Quang Minh Tan – Data Program lead FHM, BUL FHM.AVI; Mr. Karsten Eckhardt – Principal Data and Solution Architect; Master Nguyen Quynh Mai – Technical Solution Lead; Mr. Bui Van Long – Data Engineer Lead.
