FJP organizes event to honor senior employees
On November 11, FPT Japan (FJP) will pay tribute to its senior staff who have been with the unit for 15-20 years in a special event in Japan. This is one of the activities organized by FJP before its birthday to express the appreciation for the contributions of employees who have been with the branch since its very first day of its establishment.
The program had the participation of FSOFT Chairwoman – Ms. Chu Thi Thanh Ha, from the US, FJP Chairman – Mr. Tran Dang Hoa, FJP CEO – Mr. Nguyen Viet Vuong, and the company’s Board of Directors.
With the theme “Love”, the program is like the company’s confession to each individual employee. This year, 27 employees will be honored at the event. Accordingly, employees who have been with the company for 15 years will receive a gold badge, and employees who have been with the company for more than 15 years will receive a travel voucher.
Towards the 16th birthday, FJP has organized and launched many welcoming activities such as marathon running, badminton tournament, photo contest, Green Sunday event. On November 12, the unit will organize the Happy New Year Gala.
FJP was established on 11/13/2005. From the first few employees, FPT Japan’s human resource scale is now nearly 1,700 employees working in 11 offices/development centers across Japan, making it the largest foreign IT company in this Japan by the number personnel.
FJP is considered as a strategic partner in implementing digital transformation to effectively manage and contribute to the growth of major Japanese corporations in many fields such as heavy industry, banking, finance, and agriculture. By 2024, FPT Japan aims to become one of the 20 largest technology enterprises in Japan with expected revenue of 50 billion Japanese yen and about 2,200 employees.
