FPT achieves Ready Tier Partner status in Microsoft Copilot program

FPT has officially reached an important milestone in its AI capability development journey by advancing from the Copilot Jumpstart Community Tier to the Ready Tier in Microsoft’s Copilot & Agents at Work Jumpstart program in the ASEAN region.

This recognition highlights the consistent efforts of FPT teams in strengthening collaboration with Microsoft, particularly in three key areas: training and capability development, solution building, and real-world deployment of Copilot solutions for customers.

Achieving Ready Tier opens up multiple strategic opportunities for FPT, including access to funding from the Microsoft Commerce Incentive (MCI) program to accelerate co-sell activities and Copilot implementations; enhanced collaboration with Microsoft teams to expand business opportunities; and a stronger position to scale Copilot solutions in the global market.

This milestone also lays an important foundation for FPT and Microsoft to further promote the adoption of Copilot across the Asia region. Microsoft representatives have highly appreciated this achievement and expect both parties to effectively leverage new resources to accelerate implementation in the near future.

The achievement is the result of close collaboration among multiple teams. In particular, CSG played a core role by directly working with Microsoft; LCG focused on building FPT’s Copilot capabilities and solutions; alongside strong support from Microsoft PSA teams throughout the implementation process.

Reaching Ready Tier not only demonstrates FPT’s growing maturity in delivering Copilot solutions at scale, but also further reinforces its position as a strategic partner of Microsoft in driving digital transformation and AI adoption for customers.
