FPT becomes Platinum Partner of Clearlake Capital, $90 billion investment fund and co-owner of Chelsea FC
FPT has recently signed a Platinum Partnership Agreement with Clearlake Capital Group – a global investment fund with $90 billion in assets under management and co-owner of the leading football club, Chelsea FC. FPT will provide technology solutions and AI-powered digital transformation to help companies within Clearlake’s investment portfolio achieve growth.
This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone for FPT in the European and US markets, as well as an expansion of its activities in providing advanced technology services, solutions, and platforms to various economic sectors, particularly in the private equity field.
The Clearlake fund specializes in managing integrated investment portfolios that include private equity, liquid credit, private credit, and various other financial strategies. Founded in 2006, Clearlake Capital is headquartered in Santa Monica, USA, with a network of offices in Dallas, New York, London, Dublin, Luxembourg, Abu Dhabi, and Singapore. It has directly or collaboratively executed 500 investment deals worldwide, with total assets under management reaching $90 billion.
