FPT DPS members eager to receive Platinum awards

In 2022, DPS has 45 members joining the list of 777 outstanding individuals in the Platinum Club of FSOFT. Accordingly, the company offers a choice of practical benefits packages for Platinum members such as a Garmin Health smartwatch, an Accor Plus membership card, and an FPT Care health insurance card for 1 relative.

On the afternoon of August 3, FPT DPS held a ceremony to honor and award the benefits packages to 45 DPS members at sites in Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and Can Tho. Mr. Nguyen Tuan Phuong, Director of FSOFT Central and Deputy Director of DPS, on behalf of the Board of Directors, sent his deep thanks to all members for their contributions to the overall success of DPS in particular and FSOFT in general.

At the Ocean Hall of F-Complex Da Nang, where DPS Platinum members gathered the most, everyone enjoyed special performances and fun minigames after listening to the leaders’ sharings.

Entering its 5th year, the Platinum Club is expected to be a program that helps FSOFTers maintain and promote their enthusiastic working spirit and achieve more success in their career at FSOFT. The members were to choose 1 of 3 gift packages namely a Garmin Health smartwatch, an Accor Plus membership card, and an FPT Care health insurance card for 1 relative.

Specifically, the Garmin Health watch supports tracking of personal health data and sports activities with features such as measuring health and fitness indicators, GPS positioning, accident detection, playing music, and pairing devices, among others. Employees can choose their favorite colors from the list of available products.

The Accor Plus card offers privileges to use preferential services from traveling, dining, to lifestyles across 20 countries, in 1,000 hotels, and more than 1,400 restaurants in the Asia-Pacific region. These include 5-star-rated chains in Vietnam such as Sofitel, MGallery, Pullman, and Novotel.

The FPT Care Health Insurance package for 1 relative in a year aims to provide the insured access to quality medical services and superior health care. At the same time, the premium helps employees share the financial burden when their relatives are in unfortunate situations such as having an accident, illness, or disease.

In addition, if employees are members of Platinum Club for 2 consecutive years, they will be rewarded with 1 month’s salary and if they are members for 3 consecutive years or more, they will be rewarded with 2 months’ salary. The Platinum Club’s members also have a special badge on their personal Workplace.

To join the Platinum Club, FSOFTers need to satisfy one of the following criteria: employees in the list of 100 best employees honored and rewarded at the FPT-corporation level; Employees are in the list of 100 best employees honored and rewarded at the FSOFT-company level; Delivery staff in the list of 5% FSOFTers with the best performance; Cultural Officers – Excellent Union of the Year, nominated by FUN and approved by the FSOFT CEO
