FPT India enhances managerial skills for its leadership team

FPT India (FINDIA) has launched the Manager Development Classroom program to build a strong leadership team and enhance managerial capabilities. This is a monthly training series led by Kauser Khan, a leading expert in leadership and management in India, aimed at equipping managers with advanced skills and strategic thinking.

The training sessions are meticulously designed to develop core competencies such as leadership, strategic direction, and team management. Through interactive discussions, real-world case studies, and hands-on practice, the program not only provides knowledge but also creates opportunities for managers to hone their leadership abilities, build confidence in their roles, and optimize team performance.

In February, FINDIA hosted an intensive training session comprising four modules, with the participation of FAM COO Martin Geiger. As a seasoned expert in leadership and management, he provided valuable insights that helped managers enhance their strategic thinking and refine their executive skills.
