FPT India growing together through pride and achievement
Recently, FPT India held its Annual Day celebration—one of the most memorable and most bonding internal events of the year. The program brought together 270 employees and their families in a warm and vibrant atmosphere, spreading a spirit of connection, recognition, and shared pride across the unit.
The event opened with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony conducted by Martin Geiger, COO of FPT Americas, and Raghuram Sunkara, CEO of FPT India. This was followed by welcome performances presented by employees themselves, creating an energetic kickoff for the evening.
The highlight of the program was the recognition ceremony honoring outstanding individuals with the Star Award, as well as celebrating employees who have dedicated 3 to 5 years of service with FPT India. Employees and their family members came up to receive the awards and appreciation from the company. The atmosphere grew even more exciting with a series of cultural performances by employees and their families—from dance and singing to fun performances by children—bringing a sense of closeness, warmth, and emotion to everyone.
The program concluded with group photos, family photos, and a networking dinner. With around 270 attendees, this was the largest Annual Day in FPT India’s history to date. The careful preparation by the Organizing Committee, together with the enthusiastic participation of all employees, helped create a meaningful celebration that honored the people, culture, and spirit of unity at FPT India.
