FPT Malaysia promotes One Team spirit, honoring long-standing journeys at Appreciation Day 2026

Recently, FPT Malaysia organized Appreciation Day 2026 to recognize the long-term contributions of employees throughout the company’s development journey.

At the event, FMI leadership honored individuals marking 5-year and 10-year milestones, acknowledging their contributions to key projects. In addition, the FSOFT Stars awards, which recognize outstanding performance and remarkable contributions in 2025, were presented to exemplary individuals.

For Ginny To Truc from FMI.BD, one of the recipients of the FSOFT Star 2025 award, this recognition goes beyond a performance milestone. It also reflects the spirit of One Team and a shared journey with colleagues, partners, and leaders who have continuously supported, trusted, and inspired her to keep growing.

With the aim of strengthening internal connections, Appreciation Day 2026 was held in a hybrid format, enabling employees across different regions to participate. The program featured interactive activities such as a Kahoot Challenge, an award ceremony, and a Lucky Draw. According to the organizing committee, the integration of digital interactive elements helped optimize engagement for remote participants and ensured seamless connection throughout the event.

At the ceremony, FPT Malaysia CEO Tran Hong Chung, together with Le Hoai Bao, Head of FMI.GDC, and Phung Sy Bay, Head of FMI.BA, performed the cake cutting to celebrate the occasion, closing the program in a warm yet formal atmosphere.

Appreciation Day 2026 was not only a moment to reflect on past achievements but also a source of renewed motivation, reinforcing team spirit and long-term commitment among FPT Malaysia employees for the journey ahead.
