FPT partners with WSOL, FPT accelerates its conquest of the Thai technology market
FPT and WSOL have signed a strategic MOA to enhance digital technology capabilities in Thailand. FPT will leverage its expertise in technology solutions, while WSOL will utilize its extensive network to bring FPT’s solutions to the Thai market. The partnership aims to support Thailand’s digital infrastructure development and transition towards a digital economy, focusing initially on financial and data-driven solutions.
The strategic memorandum of agreement (MOA) between FPT and WSOL Public Company Limited (WSOL) is expected to enhance digital technology capabilities and unlock new technology opportunities across Thailand. In the initial phase, FPT and WSOL plan to implement projects related to PromptSpeed, Settlement and Reconcile, and WeID.
FPT said in a statement that this partnership combines the strengths of both organizations and builds on FPT’s deep expertise in delivering end-to-end technology solutions across banking and finance, energy, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing, and public- and private-sector services.
FPT will also bring its capabilities in infrastructure, core platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions, all backed by globally recognized standards.
WSOL, on the other hand, operates an extensive nationwide network of service touchpoints covering payment systems, financial services, merchant and retail infrastructure, and multi-industry business partnerships.

These assets position WSOL as a powerful “Go-to-Market Gateway” for bringing FPT’s regional technology solutions into the Thai market effectively and at scale.
Through this partnership, both organizations will jointly develop innovative technology initiatives, beginning with financial and data-driven solutions and expanding into multiple sectors in the future. The collaboration aims to support long-term development of Thailand’s digital infrastructure.
“Partnering with WSOL allows FPT to combine our global technology expertise with WSOL’s strong market understanding and presence in Thailand. We believe this collaboration will help create solutions that truly address the needs of the Thai market—across both the public and private sectors—and will play an important role in supporting Thailand’s transition toward a digital economy,” said FTT CEO Levi Nguyen.
Mr. Ithichai Poolvaraluck, Group CEO of WSOL, shared: “Collaborating with FPT marks a major milestone, elevating Thailand’s technological landscape. FPT’s expertise will enhance WSOL’s B2B technology capabilities and competitiveness in securing large-scale projects.”
In addition, he noted that FPT, together with other key strategic partners, will play an important role in strengthening WeiD as a unified platform vision and a comprehensive solutions provider, particularly in enhancing WSOL’s business to business (B2B) technology capabilities and competitiveness in large-scale enterprise and institutional project bidding.
