FSA implements mentor incentive policy to support candidates

To optimize the effectiveness of the Client Interview Success project, FSA is introducing a special policy with various attractive reward mechanisms exclusively for its Mentor team. This policy encourages Mentors to actively support and accompany candidates during client interviews, contributing to an increased Client Passing Rate in FSOFT’s key projects.

In addition to the existing incentives, the new incentive policy is designed to recognize mentors who support FSA in the role of advisors. Specifically:

  • For 15 Mentors (in Q4/2024) with a total support time of 8 hours/month: 1,000,000 VND
  • For 15 Mentors (in Q4/2024) who assist and achieve 3 candidates passing interviews per month: 1,000,000 VND

Recognizing the importance of the expert team in supporting candidates during client interviews, FSA has identified that building a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) is crucial to the success of the Client Interview Success project. With deep expertise and extensive experience in client interviews, the members of the SME team, acting as Mentors, play a key role in strategic advising, helping FSA quickly provide effective solutions for candidate support in the shortest possible time.

Especially when the preparation time before an interview is often limited, the involvement of SMEs becomes essential, ensuring candidates receive thorough, prompt, and effective support.

Therefore, the implementation of this special incentive policy, designed to motivate Mentors to actively participate in this support process, is vital. FSA aims to recruit a group of outstanding Mentors across various technology fields that FSOFT frequently interviews for, such as: Java, DevOps, React JS, Node JS, and Full Stack React JS + Node JS. These Mentors will engage in tasks such as competency evaluation, interview coaching, and technical consulting for candidates.
