FSA launches a Brand Manifesto conveying the message “Unlock your Potential”
In 2024, FSOFT decided to merge the Fresher Academy (FA) with the Corporate Training Center (CTC) to become FPT Software Academy (FSA). To mark this change, FSA introduced a new brand manifesto video titled “Unlock your Potential.”
In the new video, FSA proudly presents its refreshed brand identity—a change full of excitement, promising to bring: a positive learning environment, experienced faculty, and a diverse program with two main training areas: Foundation Training (technology training for Fresher groups and interns) and Continuous Training (Up-skill/Re-skill program for FSOFT employees). Specifically, the Brand Manifesto video is built upon 4 core values that define FSA:
- Empathy: Putting oneself in the learner’s shoes, understanding project demands to empathize and comprehend difficulties in order to provide optimal solutions.
- Learn and Grow: Creating an environment that encourages exploration and hands-on experience, ensuring continual learning and contributing to business success.
- Innovation: Encouraging learners to share new perspectives and diverse viewpoints to generate breakthrough solutions.
- Diversity: Respecting diversity in people, environments, thoughts, and ideas, thereby creating rich learning experiences for students.
Through this, FPT Software Academy aims to present a new brand image to the public. It is not just a starting point for programming dreams; currently, FPT Software Academy also affirms its commitment to “continuous learning,” ready to support learners from Fresher to Master levels, enhancing skills for FSOFTers, contributing to FSOFT’s elevation to a “World-Class Company.”
