FSOFT Academy meets 100% of resource needs of units in S1.2022

In the first 6 months of 2022, FSOFT Academy’s enrollment rate of interns, freshers and participants in extended training courses increased by nearly 50% compared to the same period last year. With the development and maintenance of the Talent Pool, FA always has enough resources ready to supply the units.

Regarding interns

According to statistics from FSOFT Academy, within the first 6 months of 2022, the number of interns that FSOFT recruited increased by 33% over the same period, reaching 1,960 people. In which, the number of students assigned to be train FSU Intern project increased by 100 students compared to the same period last year, reaching 604 students. The number of students trained by FA (FA interns) still plays a pivotal role with 1,356 students, an increase of 40% compared to the previous year.

To be qualified as an intern at FSOFT, students need to meet two criteria: (1) Currently studying or about to graduate from Top 1 IT Universities; (2) Having specialized knowledge and good foreign language ability (minimum 450 TOEIC).

For the fresh group – the main target of FA, the growth was nearly doubled compared to the same period last year with the number of recruitments going up to nearly 1,800 students. Unlike the demand in 2021 when units only needed to recruit people whose standard skills such that in Java, C# / .Net, and Front-end, in 2022, the demand for freshers will be more diverse with many special skills. such as DevOps, Cloud Security, Data Engineer, SAP, Automation Test, AEM, Erlang, Golang, BA lotus note, Flexcube, Sitecore, and RPA.

As a unit specializing in training and providing high-quality resources for FSOFT, in the first 6 months of this year, FSOFT Academy has met 100% of the number of freshers required by the unit, reaching 902 students. Freshers all have to meet the same input quality such as good English (minimum 500 TOEIC; at least 50% of students in each class have to have B1 or higher communication ability). In addition, for specific positions, FA may require the freshers coming from the top IT schools, having excellent GPA or having won awards in science research competition.

After studying and training at FSOFT Academy, students who proceed to join the projects will receive an average salary of 10.5 million VND, the highest can be up to 15 million VND (excluding project bonus). In particular, these are all groups of high-quality resources because they not only have professional skills but also have good English and excellently completed the Global Software Engineer (GSE) program.

Regarding extended training courses

In addition to the programs for freshers and interns, FSOFT Academy is the first technology academy to provide paid extended training courses to those who do not have a basic programming background, are looking to change careers but have not met the fresher’s input standards. This group has also contributed to help meet the resource needs of units when urgent requirements arise. In the first half of 2022, 70 trainees from FA’s extended training programs decided to work for units and signed official On Job Training contracts with projects.

In the next 6 months, FSOFT Academy will implement an appropriate recruitment and training strategy so that it can both fulfill the OKR set by the unit itself and provide high-quality human resources, contributing to the development of FSOFT. particular and the group in general.
