FSOFT and German companies participate in unlocking potential of Big Data
On April 6, FSOFT’s DXG Director – Mr. Frank Bignone, will attend the event namely “Unlock the promise of a Connected World with Big Data in Automotive & Manufacturing” which is selected to become the webinar’s name.
The event brought together prestigious speakers such as Mr. Andre Heskamp – Head of Digitalization and Operations IT at Schaeffler Asia Pacific, the world’s leading supplier of spare parts in the automobile manufacturing industry and other industries; Dr. Siegmar Haasis – Founder & CEO at HaasisDEC – Digital Engineering Consulting and Former CIO R&D at Mercedes-Benz Cars, Daimler AG; Dr. Christian Heining – CIO from up2parts, a software provider of solution optimization using AI.

In addition to the presentation of the FSOFT representative, the seminar also featured notable topics such as Value-driven digital transformation in the automotive and manufacturing industries, the success stories of Schaeffler and up2parts, Vietnam – an emerging destination for digital technology, etc.
Currently, many vehicles produced in the car and machines used in the production industry have become as intelligent as supercomputers thanks to sensors. Billions of sensors on millions of devices have generated massive amounts of data, making IoT accessible from more sources and formats than ever before.
As predicted, emerging IoT solutions have the ability to integrate and process data from multiple repositories, thereby bringing greater economic value to businesses. However, businesses can only truly succeed if they manage their Cloud infrastructure effectively. Cloud is gradually replacing the traditional storage environment of enterprises by its ability to ensure the safety of information collection, management, integration and analysis while flexibly keeping up with the growing scale of the business.
Organized by Schaeffler, up2parts, and GIC/AHK, the event is expected to help businesses optimize their investment in converting systems to Cloud, applying IoT technology, etc.
