FSOFT appoints new management positions from third quarter 2022

The Human Resources Policy and Remuneration Department (HRPR) has just announced changes in the organizational structure of FSOFT. Decisions for new appointments take effect from today, July 1, 2022.

In the delivery block, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dong – Head of the Quality Assurance Department of FQC, will replace Mr. Nguyen Quang Hoa to become the Director of ICS. Mr. Hoa has been with FSOFT for many years and has experienced various important positions in the unit and the company. His aspiration is to entrust the organization to younger colleagues to lead and develop it further. The new ICS Director – Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dong, used to work closely with ICS colleagues when he assumed the position of Deputy Director of FHN, through which he has been able to build good relationships with major clients of the ICS.

So as to allow Mr. Dong to focus on ICS, FSOFT also appointed Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Ha – Head of Quality Strategy Department FQC.COP, to be the Deputy Director of FQC to accompany Mr. Dong in leading the Quality Assurance team. Having been with FSOFT for nearly 15 years, Ms. Ha is hard-working, progressive, flexible, and steadfast in her work. She has a lot of experience doing QA for the Japanese market.

In the OB market, Mr. Tran Hong Minh was appointed to be the new Director of FPT Australasia (FANZ) to replace Ms. Trinh Thanh Ha. Mr. Minh graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Melbourne and had his Ph.D. thesis in Software Engineering defended at the Swinburne University of Technology.

In the BA block, Ms. Nguyen Thuy Anh – SSC Director was appointed to concurrently hold the position of Deputy Director of FSOFT Hoa Lac. With vast experience in management and operation, Ms. Thuy Anh will work with CDO Vu Tien Dat to complete the OKR in the next 3 years following the goal to make “Programmers inside and outside FSOFT both want to work here”. Recently, FSOFT Hoa Lac has completed phase 1 of the topping off of the F-Ville 3 campus, which includes the basement and 2-3-4-story blocks, multi-purpose area, and ancillary facility. The project will accommodate 3,500 employees and is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of the first quarter of 2023.

The Shared Service Center (SSC) also appointed Ms. Nguyen Thuy Lien to be the new Head of the Customer Relations Department SSC.FCR, and Ms. Ngo Thi Ngoc Thang the new Deputy Head of SSC.HCM. In particular, the Customer Relations Department SSC.FCR has just been restarted after 2 years of being “frozen” due to Covid-19. Ms. Lien has joined FSOFT since the beginning of June 20220 and she used to be a Business-class Chief Stewardess at the 5-star airline – Emirates.
