FSOFT Chairwoman: ‘HR had a very good year’
Recently, on the occasion of FSOFT Workforce Day 2021, the team of FSOFT HR officers were honored by the company’s Board of Directors.
2021 is the third year FSOFT celebrates “Workforce Day 10/10” but it is the first year that all activities of the program were held online. This did not reduce the “hotness” of the event, but created memorable memories with the full participation of the FSOFT Board of Directors and FSOFTers working in 6 functional departments: Resource Assurance (FWA), FJP Resource Assurance Department, FPT Software Academy (FA), Sharing Service Center (SSC), Training Center (CTC), HR Policy and Remuneration Department (HRPR).
In the exciting atmosphere of the honoring ceremony, FSOFT Chairowman Chu Thi Thanh Ha acknowledged and expressed her gratitude to the relentless efforts of FSOFTers who overcame all challenges to “hunt” for talents for the future of FSOFT. “HR has had an excellent year, bringing FSOFT staff up to 21,000 people. This is the historical figure. Wishing all of our staffs in the Human Resources department a lot of success in the new recruitment season. Please always be a solid support for the units and help FSOFT grow stronger day by day,” said Ms. Ha.
Experiencing a tumultuous year with the pandemic, the continuous efforts of “adaptive” staff of the HR department have brought FSOFT to many new records. With 21,000 employees, FSOFT is equivalent in size to some enterprises in the Top 10 largest IT companies in India. Besides, there are other impressive achievements in improving the capacity of FSOFTers in particular and high-quality IT resources for the market in general.
Specifically, with FA, despite having to suspend operations for up to 4 months due to the pandemic, the number of students of the unit still doubled with nearly 500 GSE qualified students returning to the unit to work, exceeding the target recruitment.
The CTC has also operated up to 200% capacity, providing 16,000 accounts on the Udemy-class online learning platform for FSOFTers to improve foreign language skills and expertise.
Especially in the context of Covid-19 reaching its peak in recent months, the SSC team under HR department has contributed to the successful delivery of 25,800 vaccination shots, 15,300 travel documents and transportation procedures, delivery of equipment to 712 WFH employees, and support for 4,800 OB employees since the beginning of the outbreak.
The excellent FJP HR division recruited 243 new employees, maintained the TOR rate of 7%, equivalent to a decrease of 3% compared to 2020 and built a training roadmap for the positions of AM, PM, Front SE, Dev. … As of October, FJPers achieved an average of 47 training hours/employee and successfully earned 518 new certificates.
In addition to the congratulations and sharing from the FSOFT Board of Directors, the honoring program also had exciting online activities such as the thrilling lucky draw which played its part as an exciting ending to FSOFT Workforce Day 2021.
