FSOFT Chairwoman offers hot bonuses of 220 million VND to “Sharktank” in certificate community in 2022

FSOFT Chairwoman Chu Thi Thanh Ha will award 220 million VND to FSUs that achieve the title of “Sharktank”, which is for FSUs whose 30% or more of employees to achieve international certificate in 2022 (applicable to units with 100 employees or more).

The “Sharktank 2022” movement will apply to international professional/foreign language certifications and international course completion certificates (Udacity, Global SE B1 Level up, Coursera, etc.) in the period from January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022. The percentage is based on the total number of international certificates in the year divided by the number of employees of the unit as of October 31, 2022.

This is a reward to encourage morale and create motivation for employees to study, get international certificates for their careers, and contribute to improving the quality of FSOFT’s human resources. Thereby, Ms. Ha believes that this is also an advantage for FSUs for having a qualified and world-class human resource to help improve competitiveness and increase the level of trust in clients.

The awards for the units with the highest percentage of employees achieving international certificates are as follows:

• 02 DADDY SHARK awards worth 60 million/each for FSUs that have more than 1.000 people
• 02 MAMY SHARK awards worth 60 million/each for FSUs that have 500 – 1.000 people
• 01 BABY SHARK award worth 20 for FSUs that have 100 – 500 people

According to the record as of May 31, 2022, the Top 3 FSUs are as follows:
– FSUs with more than 1.000 people: FHM is currently leading with 22,61% (616 certificates), FHN is running second with 11,34% (234 certificates), and FDN is running third with 10,95% (192 certificates)
– FSUs with 500 – 1.000 people: EBS is currently leading with 6,02% (42 certificates), FHO FWA is running second with 4,3% (31 certificates), and GST is running third with 4,18% (40 certificates)
– FSUs with 100 – 500 people: DXG is currently leading with 27,41% (37 certificates), JODC is running second with 22,41% (39 certificates), and QAI is running third with 20,59% (35 certificates)

Ms. Chu Thi Thanh Ha expects that every year, each FSOFT employee will aim to get at least 1 international certificate, which is to serve their work and help FSOFT reach the World-Class goal. As of now with more than 23,000 employees, if each unit sets goals and encourages employees to obtain international certificates and maintain employees’ motivation to learn and develop every year, FSOFT will certainly be a “stellar point” in the technology market and could be confident in front of any client or partner about the capacity of our staff.

From May 2022, the policy to support 20K international certificates has been expanded to encourage employees to be more proactive and free in taking exams for valuable certificates. For exam fee support, FSOFTer can send your examination plan to CTC HERE. In particular, this registration is a necessary condition for FSOFTers to be supported with certification exam fees under this new policy.
