FSOFT Chairwoman proud of “One team one dream” spirit of onsiters at FAM

Understanding the difficulties and hardships of onsiters in the US, FSOFT Chairwoman Chu Thi Thanh Ha is even more proud of the “One team one dream” spirit of FAM people.

One of the main goals of FSOFT Chairwoman Chu Thi Thanh Ha during this visit to the US is to understand the life and work of FAMers. Besides work, Ms. Ha is always interested and listens to the share on the concerns of the onsite brothers who are working away from home. Therefore, during a 2-month business trip to the US, Ms. Ha combined business flights to visit and meet onsiters’ family at 4 sites with the largest concentration of FSOFTers in the US, namely Atlanta, Seattle, LA – Los Angeles and Dallas.

Especially, when meeting customer C. in New York, Ms. Ha met the family of Mr. Ta Ngoc Dai (FAM.ST3), the only onsiter here, who is a GE customer. Even though the meeting was only 30 minutes, it left many impressions in everyone’s heart.

Previously, the Chairwoman of FSOFT once shared: “It is true that the onsite brothers in the US work very hard, during the day with a busy schedule, but still have to attend meetings at night in Vietnam. When I came here, I also felt tired, so I understood the hard work and fatigue of my brothers when I had to work away from home in the time zone difference, but still felt the “One team one dream” spirit of FAMers.

Currently, FAM has more than 300 employees working in 7 representative offices in Texas, Los Angeles, Boston, Detroit, Renton, Atlanta and Hartford. In addition to realizing business goals, FAM CEO Dang Tran Phuong said: “Towards a further future, we will have an FPT village in the US, where FPT people can experience the rich community culture and receive development opportunities for each individual and family”.
