FSOFT Chairwoman recognizes dedicated employees in Dallas, USA

On September 16, 2024, FPT Americas (FAM) Dallas office held a Dedication Awards Ceremony to honor 12 employees who have reached the 5 or 10-year milestone at FHO and FAM. The event was a special occasion to recognize the dedication of individuals who have contributed to the growth of both FSOFT and FAM.

During her business trip to the US, FSOFT Chairwoman Ms. Chu Thi Thanh Ha attended the ceremony, along with FAM COO Mr. Martin Geiger and FAM employees in Dallas.

In his opening speech, Mr. Martin emphasized FPT’s presence in North and South America, as well as FAM’s growth over the past 16 years. Following his remarks, Ms. Ha shared an inspiring reflection on FPT’s remarkable development, celebrating its 36th anniversary and welcoming its 80,000th employee. The head of FSOFT proudly noted the company’s achievement of surpassing $1 billion in revenue last year, its expansion into 32 countries with 83 global offices, and its rapid growth in areas such as Automotive, Healthcare, and Insurance. Ms. Ha emphasized that each employee is a crucial link in the FPT/FSOFT family, working together to build a strong company and group, aiming for a bright and happy future for everyone.

The ceremony became even more meaningful as long-serving FSOFTers shared their personal journeys with FPT/FSOFT. For Mr. Harry Hung Tran (FAM.ST3), his 18 years with FPT, including 10 years at FAM, represented a time when he found his second family. He deeply values the close-knit community of FSOFTers and the “One Team” spirit that binds them together.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Trong (FAM.ST5), who joined the company in 2006 as a third-year university student, has dedicated 17 years to FPT, with 10 of those years at FAM. “FPT has provided opportunities for growth not only for myself but also for my family,” Mr. Trong said.

Mr. Nguyen Le Hong Nhat (FAM.ST3), one of the employees awarded for 5 years of service at FAM, expressed his confidence in stepping out of his comfort zone to develop his career in the U.S. His heartfelt reflections highlighted the opportunities FPT/FSOFT creates for its employees, supporting their personal ambitions and fostering successful careers.

In conjunction with this gathering of long-serving employees, FPT Automotive (FA) also celebrated the 1st anniversary of its headquarters in Dallas. Ms. Ha expressed her confidence that, with the support of FAM, FA will soon achieve great accomplishments in the near future.
