After graduating with a degree in Economics in Hanoi, Thanh embarked on a new chapter in Japan, driven by the energy and ambitions of youth. But it was the decision to pivot into the tech industry as a Project Manager that marked a pivotal turn in his career.

Returning to Vietnam, Thanh chose Da Nang as the starting point for his journey in technology. “I wanted to challenge myself in a completely new field”, he shared. Starting anew meant embracing uncertainty and overcoming early hurdles. Yet, for Thanh, facing difficulties with the right mindset became a catalyst for meaningful and enduring progress.
